How
to speed up registration?
1.Please
pre-register online. Pay on race day when you sign-in to
confirm your attendance. As we use an electronic lap scoring
system, we need to enter your information into the computer prior to
race start, therefore, having your registration prior to event will
greatly help.
If you’re not sure if you’re
attending, still send us your registration as it is much
easier/faster to delete your registration if you don’t show up.
Note that if email message does NOT pop up after hitting email
button, form was not sent to us. If successfully sent, you will
receive an automatic confirmation email. If this option does not
work, save from and attach to email OR scan to
info@secondgearclub.com or fax to 403-398-0697. A separate
table will be setup for pre-registered riders. This means you only
need to show your CMA license, pay and sign your name…this will be
FAST! Ensure you have noted your white bar code number on form if
you have one. Must bring helmet to sign-in, we can check to make
sure your old bar code is still working. Bar code must be
positioned on left side of helmet. (CMRC series uses green bar code
positioned on right side).
2.
If you are not sure what class you will be in, either email us at
info@secondgearclub.com or call us at 403-295-1655.
3.Fill out form and bring with you to
registration if you have not registered online. Even if you already
have a CMA license, we require the registration form.
4.If you are racing the club series, you
must be a club member. Form is online, please fill out and bring
with you to registration. Annual fee is $20 per person or $25 per
family. We keep track of all points for the yearend championship of
the club series. Trophies will be awarded Nov.7th.
5.If you are a youth (under 18 in
Alberta), you must have a parent or guardian fill out the annual
“Parental Consent Form” for club events. If you have a CMA
membership, this form is NOT required. Form posted on website.
Please print, fill out and sign and bring with you to registration.
6. FREE BBQ will be offered Saturday and Sunday at time of awards.
7. If you have any questions regarding registration or classes,
please send us an email or call us.
Thank you and see you at the races!!!!!
** DUAL PURPOSE riders: In consideration of those that are driving
out Sunday morning with their Dual Purpose motorcycles, if you have
pre-registered, you can check-in at 10:45am at the starting line.
